Online players freeze - I can still play

Two times in a row today I got online players frozen (but their rotors were whirling) while I could still play but couldn't destroy any targets. Something like loosing connecting but no kick outs to the lobby or maybe more like no updates of the players position...(?)

Only Windows Defender on, no other firewalls

 

But connection was not my fault. Later that day I saw a guy on the server who was hanging in the same place for an hour and then second one on the airfield parking. I noticed they disconnected and immediately reconnected on the same server again after that hour while other players were flying well. I thought those two guys could have same problem as me. Could be server issue...

Are you firewalled or running through a router? What setting are you using in the game for the network speed setting?
