Syria HSI Map Issue

I tried looking for this issue and came across a post from a year ago with the mods saying this is how it should be:

5NM - 1:250K
10NM - 1:500K
20NM - 1:2M
40NM - 1:2M
80NM - NO MAP
160NM - NO MAP

However this is not how mine is. In my sim I can ONLY see the map at zoom level 10, and no others. So either my sim has a bug or the previous mod post was incorrect. Thanks for any info.
