markturner1960 Posted April 8, 2022 Posted April 8, 2022 Hi, this may be a silly question, but in the monitor resolution drop down in the settings options, does the resolution you choose here have any effect at all on what you actually see in VR? I am assuming not, as its rendered via the settings in open XR or WMR etc ......in which case what is the need with this window? thanks System specs: PC1 :Scan 3XS Ryzen 5900X, 64GB Corsair veng DDR4 3600, EVGA GTX 3090 Win 10, Quest Pro, Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo monitor.
DavePastry Posted April 8, 2022 Posted April 8, 2022 my understanding is that is the resolution for the mirror image displayed on your monitor of your vr view, I have mine set to its minimum. I910900K, 4090, 32gb,Varjo Aero, no compromises: all VR all the time.

In my experience changing this does not really help anything in VR. I just leave mine at the default resolution of my monitor.
