Basilone Posted April 11, 2022 Posted April 11, 2022 What I mean is to have a constant size for the HMD symbology, so it doesn't enlarge or shrink as you adjust your zoom. Preferably under special options for each module with a slider to adjust the % size, or alternatively separate it from the camera zoom and have control binds to adjust HMD size. Would be nice to have for all modules, but especially useful for the A10-C II. With the way things are currently you need to zoom in a lot to get a clear read on the JHMCS text and to get a decent view of the TGP picture, would be nice to be able to get a clear view while maintaining the SA of a normal cockpit zoom.

Separating HMD zoom from the world means breaking much of its functionality (misalignment). 1 Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria

Most monitor users prefer higher FOV compromising the view size - so the objects appear smaller than they are IRL and the monitor itself further compromises the view by the limits of resolution. VR otoh fixes the view so the world appear at the correct size but the headset limits its FOV and resolution.
