Nightcargo Posted April 14, 2022 Posted April 14, 2022 Hello, I have a Stream Deck XL. I've downloaded the ctytler interface, inserted DCS-Export and Bailey Scripts and BarRaider Macro's. The Stream Deck appears to work. The profiles open correctly on the deck. I have no comms with DCS. I changed to 1725 as per CTylers video. I also placed the Export.Script at the top of the Export.lua, but it always changes. See screen shot below That "local wwtlfs=......." always goes to the top. I think that script is part of a WinWing script. I've tried the Run as Admin on everything, then on nothing. Stream Deck software 5.2.1.15025 SD Firmware 1.00.012 Latest DCS. My Eagle Dynamics is on D:, of course the users/saved games/..... is on C:. Stream Deck on C:, I was told none of this matters. Can't think of anything else. I appreciate the help. Bailey Posted April 14, 2022 Posted April 14, 2022 When in doubt try one export at a time. Backup and clear the export lua. Add the export scripts line. Text. FYI, the version of exportScripts in Bailey’s Git is updated to be compatible with WInWing. Stewmanji Posted April 14, 2022 Posted April 14, 2022 Another alternative to consider, if you don't care about your Winwing devices interfacing with DCS, would be to make the file "Read-only". Right click on the .lua file, select "Properties" and then check the box at the bottom that says "Read-only." I seem to recall someone suggesting this once as a work-around to prevent the Winwing software from overwriting any changes you make to your export.lua. I haven't personally tested it, so it's just a suggestion and not a guarantee. Hangar: A-7 | A-10C | AV-8B | F-14B | F-15C | F-15E | F-16C | F-18C | KA-50 | Mi-8 | SA342 | UH-1H
Nightcargo Posted April 17, 2022 Author Posted April 17, 2022 Thanks all for the responses. I went down the rabbit hole of the Stream Deck not working instead of possible conflicts. It was a conflict with the WinWing SimAppPro. The problem was I changed so much in .lua files, lost the backup, changed setting in the Stream Deck plugins etc it turned into a disaster. All needed was checking this box in SimAppPro: Close the modification of Export.lua files. and order the .lua to look like this: Hopes this helps someone Asus Rampage II i7 920 @ 3.8 EVGA580GTX 6G Corsair WinVista64 Hog
