Can't see bogies on radar

I've just finished a repair install. Haven't flow the Viper in a while, is this a new bug?

Your antenna elevation is pegged to the minimum. The little blue T on the left side is low and the altitude at cursor range are -40 and -70 top/bottom.

Thanks. That was part of the issue, I use a knob on my throttle to adjust ANT/ELEV and the option to set controls to actual HOTAS position.

The other issue seems to be the targets don't show up on RADAR at the ranges they used to when playing those training missions.
