reported Insurgents only have infantry category

Insurgents only have "Infantry" category when you activate historical lists of units, which doesn't make sense, at least to me. Especially now when we got technicals, at least give them technicals, unarmored, and MANPADs.

I believe this is correct as is, the year the vehicle was in service matters here, but I will check

I know year matters, but let's be honest, insurgents would use everything they can get their hands on, i mean they even used an 18th century cannon.
