reported JDAM/JSOW training missions incorrect

I found several issues with the new training missions:

1. The current training missions give wrong instructions for the second steerpoint, which details the procedure for a waypoint TOO attack without a sensor handoff.

The procedure given for the second target (JSOW/JDAM TOO on the target WP) in the mission is:
1. Select the target WP.
2. Designate as WPDSG.
3. Select JDAM/JSOW.
4. Enter MSN page
5. Switch to TOO.
6. Enter terminal data.
7. (JDAM only) Switch to second JDAM.
8. (JDAM only) Perform steps 4-6 for the second JDAM.
9. Fly the attack and pickle.

This is missing the step where the waypoint is designated after each weapon is selected, in order to actually transmit data to the bomb. It also doesn't say anything about the fairly critical step of glancing at the DDI to confirm the coordinates have indeed been entered into the bomb.

2. When running into the target at WP3 (TOO designation with sensor handoff), the instruction is to "slew the TDC with the TDC depressed". I'm not sure if it's the optimal way of doing it, since it appears to result in slewing in a mode that is not ground-stabilized. Going to SCS right to SCENE (which is ground stabilized), putting the cursor over the SCUD without depressing the TDC, and then "clicking" the TDC to transfer coordinates to the JDAM seems to work better.

3. JDAM mission, even after successfully persecuting all the targets (following the instructions, except where they're wrong as per 1), with shacks on all buildings and vehicles described and them appearing as kills in the post-mission BDA, still reports only partial success (suspect there's something tied to the trigger which doesn't always get hit). 

No tracks, since the first two issues can be confirmed by just reading mission messages, and the last would require a track of the whole mission, which would be too long for it to playback right.
