At 2:02:22 in the video, I see both your throttle levers go to Lockout, indicated by the LL marked under the control indicator. You did something at that time, pressed a key or a button that triggered it. In lockout, you manually need to reduce throttle almost immediately or risk destroying the engines and that's exactly what happened.
