As seen below, Delmar Lake just outside of LV looks completely different with the actual mountains surrounding it that we lack in DCS.

Additionally, for some reason in DCS there are powerlines running over the lake that are not even there in real life, would be great to see it fixed in DCS for ALZ operations.

Quote

“A-10 Thunderbolt II pilots practice takes offs and landings from Delmar lake bed during a training mission near Las Vegas, Nevada, May 5, 2022. The ability to operate away from a main operating base, in an austere environment, enhances our capability to the joint force, providing close air support to special operations forces at a moment’s notice. Agile combat employment shifts operations from centralized physical infrastructures to a network of smaller, dispersed locations that can complicate adversary planning and provide more options to joint force commanders.”

And here the almost sad looking area in DCS

The area was not intended to be a high detail area that I am aware of, and there are roads in that area with power lines running along them. I will move this to wish list, but there is plenty of room to set up base for A-10s to operate from in this area.
