Zoom on map [MP]

In the mission planner haw can I zoom the map without a mouse wheel. I use a logitech marble mouse and this does not have a wheel -- is there a button I'm missing or keyboard command which will zoom the map

also related, does terrain appear at any zoom level---you know where you can see the houses etc?
