DVD Case W/Box Art for the Dowloaded Version?

Due to me not having any skills in the graphic/artitisc ability column - can some one make a cool looking printable "box art" sleave to put into a DVD case like what the retail version of BS might have? I would like to have a cool looking DVD case on my shelf for display.
