make alternative "generic postwar" crew-models for WWII units

I assume (and hope) that the newer AI assets are already set up in a way that crew could models could be switched relatively easily.

I therefore wish for more or less generic postwar/modern crew models (ideally differentiate between west/pact/insurgent type) so that the assets can be better used in cold war (or even modern) scenarios. This would be extremely useful on US and british medium AAA (bofors) and US utility vehicles (Jeep etc.).
