This is how I think it works: RAM reads files from your DCS drive, then puts content into pagefile when needed. This means there's no benefit to store your pagefile and DCS on the same drive.

The best rule of thumb is to store your pagefile on your fastest drive, as long as it has enough free space (a pagefile chokes when its drive is full).
