Just that. Without engine running the emergency jettison doesn't work .

Emergency jettison is not available unless the main, standby, or EPU generator is operating

Currently we have an issue with the EPU not allowing jettison and that is reported. 

Please include a track replay when making a report so we can check the same circumstance as you.
