ACauson Posted June 27, 2022 Posted June 27, 2022 Hi all, I've been having an issue with both the LITENING and ATFLIR on the F-18 since the latest update. When using either pod to designate ground targets, depressing the TDC will assign the target but also move whatever active waypoint is selected in the HSI to these new coordinates. Easier to see with the ATFLIR, as the waypoint marker in the pod can be slewed around all over the place and dropped as a target. Not sure if this was intended, but after taking out some targets its hard to get back to the initial waypoint to start looking around as waypoint designate just points the pod in the last position you targeted something. Cheers,
Harker Posted June 27, 2022 Posted June 27, 2022 It's not related to the pods, any ground designation, done in any way, will move the currently selected WP. It's a reported bug in the Hornet section. 1 The vCVW-17 is looking for Hornet and Tomcat pilots and RIOs. Join the vCVW-17 Discord.
