reported M button functionality on XPDR page incorrect

Issue: Pressing the M bezel button when on the XPDR page brings up the COM PRESET page instead of the MENU page.

Expectation: XPDR -> M = MENU

Result: XPDR -> M = COM Page (PRESET Selected)

Evidence: Action the M bezel button on any other MPD page and note that the MENU page is correctly brought up. TM 251-10 also makes no note of the M button having a special function when the XPDR page is displayed.
