reported M button functionality on COM PRESET page incorrect

Issue: Pressing the M bezel button when on the COM PRESET page brings up the COM page instead of the MENU page.

Expectation: COM PRESET -> M = MENU

Result: COM PRESET -> M = COM 

Evidence: Action the M bezel button on any other MPD page and note that the MENU page is correctly brought up. TM 251-10 also makes no note of the M button having a special function when the COM PRESET page is displayed.
