fixed MB on standby altimeter should read IN. HG.

"MB" on the standby altimeter should read "IN. HG." as the DCS AH-64D is replicating an American aircraft rather than an overseas variant. Figure 2-103 in TM 251-10 also depicts "IN.HG." as being the correct text.

Also just noticed that the white tringle below the Kollsman window is missing from the simulator version.
