I was wondering if I install black shark on two computers I own if I'd be able to play multi on a lan with them or if I can't because they'd use the same serial #

Trying to use Black Shark on two different computers at the same time won't work and will use up your activations.

If you activate on the one computer it is deactivated on the other.

If not able to activate, because you are on a LAN without internet connection, you won't be able to run the sim.

Using one copy of BS on two computers at the same is a violation of the EULA that you accepted when installing BS for the first time, see point 3.1(a).
