Target point by setting popup

Setting a waypoint by entering a popup point on it doesn't work... (without marking it with 9 first)
Even though it should be enough according to the IRL manual.

It's in the bug tracker already. Just waiting for the stars to align

Priority is probably now to the f14 and upcoming f4, i guess we will have to live with those for a long time
