HOTAS Orion switches.

Hi, I would like to know how do you set up the switches (specifically the parking brake switch) so it works in DCS given the fact that I would have to control multiple actions with one switch movement.

Unfortunately this is not possible. At least if you are talking about setting it up as the park brake switch for the Hornet.

Even though the Orion 2 is heavily "inspired" by the Hornet, it actually is not a dedicated throttle base for the Hornet.

Also since setting the park brake usually doesn`t happen in a very busy phase of flight, you can easily set the park brake with the mouse and safe the switch for something, that is rather inconvenient to be set via the mouse (i.e.: air refuelling probe, laser target designator etc...).

I haven't tried with the hornet but with the viper I have mine set up correctly. Not sure of the top of my head what the bindings were but if it has a binding for parking brake on and off you should be able to set it up

Yes...but in the Hornet you also need to rotate the park brake handle... That`s what sniper meant with "multiple actions with one movement".

You need minimum a 3 pos switch....have mine setup on the TO panel

I use the parking brake toggle to pull out the lever and one of the rotary's to turn it.
