South Atlantic static object Assets: General availability to players who don't own SA?

Here's a question that I think I know the answer, but I can't verify myself so I'd like enlist your kind knowledge:

I have the SA Map, and there are a couple of nice new static objects (e.g. Tower Crane, Tug) that I'd like to use in a mission outside SA.

So, I can use these assets, in, say Syria, and they look great.

My question: if someone else uses that map who does not own SA, can they see the SA assets that I placed (i.e. are the SA assets generally available) or not (i.e. people must own SA in order to see those assets on other maps)?

I'm guessing that people need to own SA, and I would understand if that is the fact, but I'd like to confirm this,

Thanks,

-ch

The SA Assets are free to use, being part of the core DCS, and can be used on whatever Map you like. Other assets with a similar  usage are Deka’s China Assets Pack and Heatblur’s Forrestal carrier.
