Phantom711 Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 @gonvise Very nice. And thanks for sharing it. Now I actually consider getting the take-off panel from winwing as well, which eliminates the need for the gear and hook cap... BUT: the Landing/Taxi Light switch also has a very distinctive shape.... Just sayin`... vCVW-17 is looking for Hornet and Tomcat pilots and RIOs. Join the vCVW-17 Discord.

Logikal Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 (edited) Thanks for sharing these, the print went well and they are very handy while wearing a headset. No more fumbling around trying to figure out which switch you are touching. I think that would mean that the stems on a couple of the caps would have to be extended. I personally do not do any 3D modeling myself so I could be in fantasy land Edited June 26, 2024 by Logikal

Something you could try if they are too loose is to scale the part down a bit, this would change the tolerances somewhat allowing a tighter fit if your printer is not 100% accurate. I would just make sure they are not too tight to prevent any damage to the switches.
