Super Wabbit Posted August 20, 2022 Posted August 20, 2022 I just learned recently that I can give my flags names instead of using numbers and it's made complex missions so much easier. Giving my Flags variable names and not numbers is a game changer. I don't longer have to keep a spreadsheet of what Flag number I'm using and what it's doing. Are there any limitations to the type of characters you can use or length of the Flag name? 6

I don’t know, the only special sign that I have used is "&" … the thing I do have to have care with (particularly when copying names from an outside text editor) is that the flag names can have trailing blanks, which are hard to see on DCS … also, be careful of upper-lower case, as flags names are case sensitive. 1 For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
