facetrack noir problem

I have this set up for use on my 2nd monitor and it was working OK. Tried using it just now and could not get it working...I have re installed, have the latest plug in for DCS, the program runs fine, it detects my webcam and my webcam ( logitech C505) is installed and working correctly ( I can see myself fine in it in the logitech software) 

However, when I run FTNOIR, and press start, I dont get any raw values showing or the picture of me appearing in the box like it should.....it's almost like the camera is not working, but I know it is...

Any ideas? Thanks....

Off hand : verify ft noir has the right camera selected, then check the camera parameters in ftnoir there is one about sensitivity . Then make sure you have selected the right tracking ( cld be ir with a cap, or extract from face etc..)

Perhaps you have more than one webcam connected?  On my PC I sometimes have to make sure that the correct one is on the configuration of FTnoir, like this:

Hi thanks for the quick reply, please see enclosed screen shot, where I have the logitech software, noir etc all running and also the noir webcam utility, where I do have the camera selected, can you see anything there that would indicate the issue?

something to try

i use a sony cam, and when i run the sony utility it shuts off the ftnoir video.

So close everything and restart only ftnoir.

Hi. Sorry, but I don't see anything amiss ... unfortunately my configuration is different, because I use a IR LED clip instead of tracking my face:
