Tiger-II Posted August 25, 2022 Posted August 25, 2022 (edited) The TPOD page doesn't appear to want to work correctly sometimes, as it is apparently being overdrawn by the FLIR or DMT or other page, and sometimes even if TPOD appears to be the active page, it seems something else is hijacking the inputs and it is actually another sensor that is being operated. I got it into a state last night shortly after starting the aircraft whereby FLIR was overriding the TPOD display, and the commands were apparently being sent to the DMT. Only after I got airborne and switched the pages a few times did it seem to "sort of" sort itself out and allow the TPOD page to be displayed and operated. Despite this, it still didn't appear to function quite right. The JF-17 is not better than the F-16; it's different. It's how you fly that counts. "An average aircraft with a skilled pilot, will out-perform the superior aircraft with an average pilot."

TPOD operation is usually pretty solid, were you in Normal sensor mode or TPOD HOTAS mode ? 17 minutes ago, Tiger-II said: I got it into a state last night shortly after starting the aircraft whereby FLIR was overriding the TPOD display, and the commands were apparently being sent to the DMT. INS designation, etc. is being reworked as there are a number of know issues. 1 i9 9900K @4.8GHz, 64GB DDR4, RTX4070 12GB, 1+2TB NVMe, 6+4TB HD, 4+1TB SSD, Winwing Orion 2 F-15EX Throttle + F-16EX Stick, TPR Pedals, TIR5, Win 11 Pro x64, Odyssey G93SC 5120X1440
