possibly V sync ? V sync needs to be turned on, and thats done through your graphics card settings, not through black shark settings... if you are using Track IR and move your head quickly you usualy end up with a distorted picture simular to how you described if V Sync is off.. turn it on, your FPS may drop slightly as it will lock your FPS to a multiple of your monitors refresh rate..

Possible SLI issue, I remember getting lots of similar probs back when I had my 2 Asus EN7800GTX TOP... I ended up selling 1 card, as the performance gain was minimal anyways back then.

Try to disable 1 card in the BIOS, for testing purposes, see if it still does it. Make sure you have the latest nVidia graphics drivers. Also try with and without V-Sync as valleyboy pointed.

Friedric, if you are using freetrack or TrackIr, you should turn off "triple buffering" from the driver while enabling "vertical sync".

In nVidia control panel you find those settings last ones on the list at 3D settings.

Why? In fact triple buffer gives better FPS when vsync is on because of possibility to render additional frame. Without it and vsync on, your FPS will be cut in halves (60, 30, 15 and etc) when FPS can't keep with Hz. However, that setting in NVIDIA control panel only effects OpenGL;DCS doesn't use it, so it isn't relevant to this game.
