investigating Wind screen wiper running for CPG after he left his seat on external, but knob was never touched

After leaving his seat, the windscreen wiper was moving for the CPG seat on external view, but CPG never touched the wiper knob. Also the pilot doesn't see the wiper moving from inside or outside when that happened.
