I am unable to replicate this issue. This is my screen capture in current 2.7 Open Beta. 

Do you have any mods installed?

Strange @Lordvader, it seems like it's doing it mainly when I'm in motion. I've tried with and without mods enabled. And I don't have any weather graphic or A-10 mods installed.
