Dynamic Mission Multiplayer Question

Simple question:  We are looking to TRY some dynamic missions (e.g. Liberation, Snowfox, etc..) for our multiplayer sessions.  We are just a small group of 3-5 players and do not use any dedicated server, just have one of us host.  Can the aforementioned missions/campaigns be run that way on a Player's machine as host? If not, any suggestions for some that can?

For my stuff, so long as the host machine is setup according to the instructions for persistence etc, then it will be fine. I would assume that Liberation would be the same.
