Any one have any idea why I might be missing these aliases and if I should be concerned about it?

Guess you enabled F10 Menu import. Looks like some commands from a mission or MP Sever. If you don't plan to use them in some way (make a spoken command for one or the other) just disregard.

If you want to use them, just do the "finish" step and import them into the keyword list

That's all correct. But if you leave the F10 Menu Import option turned on the list will grow each time you fly a mission with a new F10 menu. Eventually this is going to slow down VAICOM processing of keywords even if you have not done the "Finish" step. You can delete all of these keywords by resetting your keyword database. (That will delete any customized keywords you have added, however.) I do not recall whether they can be deleted individually.
