I used the TrackIR 5, for years, on 55 inches TV, didn't have any issues with the position, height, etc
I upgraded to 65 inches, the height difference is 12 cm, it shouldn't be a problem, but I can't mount it on the Samsung QN900A
The bezel is very tiny
Could anyone, please, give me some advices?
There must be a way to fix this.
Thank you very much, in advance.

I can't make a picture, it's too high

You can use some double sided 3M adhesive + piece of plastic or wood to extend beyond the bezel. Weather this is tickness or true bezel you can workaround this, although it may not luck nice.

You might even try to combine it with magnets so you can easily remove trackIR when not in use.

Yep, happens with some TVs and Monitors (have that problem too with mine).

Easily fixed with some velcro adhesive tape, very effective.

There are many other similar products but, for example, something like this:

TVs have got thinner in the 5-6 years OP has used track IR.

Bought a new telly and the sensor won't clip to a thin screen. Velcro solves all.
