C802AK speeds up to almost hypersonic speeds after not acquiring target

The C802AK antiship missile exhibits some weird behaviour when they dont acquire their target. The missile will pitch up and gain speed. It will easily reach 40000ft and Mach 4+. I don't think this is intentional behaviour.
