REDFOR long range ballistic missile (more accurate than current scud)

Please can Redfor be given more long range threats. I love the scud model but I think we need a much more accurate red missile system in the game. It would drive stories and missions and role play. 

Also i'd like the Russian & Chinese ships to be given their own cruise missile systems.

It would be good to get the OTR-21 Tochka [SS-21a Scarab A] (which I swear was planned at some point), with the 9M79F and 9M79K missiles (though is a more shorter ranged system). Perhaps a pre INF treaty OTR-23 Oka [SS-23 Spider] with the 9M714F and 9M714K missiles could be considered too.

The ones that have them IRL have them, the only exception is the Krivak II, which should have Metel/Rastrub system which is more an ASW weapon. However, with the 85RU missile (mid 80s onewards AFAIK) it also has a unitary warhead for anti-ship.

The ironic thing is it's actually the Ticonderoga and Arleigh Burke that are missing the majority of their weapons (okay not so much cruise missiles - where it's only the RGM-109D and RGM-109E that are missing (latter present in the files)).
