Hello, a little perplexed.

I started on Steam back in early 2020. Transfered to ED's stand alone launcher/transfrered licenses, etc, NP in 8/20. I've steadily bought modules and campiagns. Not trying to sound like a schmuck, but there's only a handful of A/C (and accompaying campigns) I don't own. Tonight I logged in, in online mode, and most of my modules failed to authorize. The message tells me I have 2 days of authorization before I need to authorize again, but within the GUI most of the modules are greyed out. Persian gulf, Normandy and The Channel aren't greyed out, but none of the instant missions that happen on those mapss are available to me and to top it off, the campaigns just aren't listed either.

I figured SNAFU. After a deleteing A-10II and attempting to redownload it, I couldn't. The only option was to buy it again. Confident this too was a simple mistake I signed in to my acccount and am stunned to noticed a whole bunch of content that I bought isn't listed under my license agreements. Not those transfered in from Steam and not those I bought here.

Help.

I don't think anyone on the Forum can really help with this type of issue, you will need to open a proper Support Ticket:
