Entering decimal into UFC

I just learned how to do waypoint offsets which is pretty cool, but I'm stuck on how to enter a decimal number into the UFC.    If I want to enter nautical miles under the RNG function - let's say it's 3.22 NM, how do I place the decimal point into the UFC so it understands that I want to enter 3.22 and not 322?

You can't.
Off set isn't to pinpoint TGP and the target. It's for pointing it in general direction of the target (for example directed by JTAC) and find that target visually.
