SA-19 can't detect and engage AGMs

I've discovered that the SA-19 is now completely incapable of detecting any kind of AGM, where as previously. I remember it being able to take down HARMs, JSOWs and MAVs. I've tested all 3 mentioned weapons though I only have a track file showing just the MAV against the SA-19 but it shows the lack of response of the SA-19 all the way to impact. If needed I can do more testing against more kinds of AGMs and provide the track files.

I've set up the AI SA-19 in a way to ensure that it would detect the MAV as shown in the picture below. I'll also attach the track file.

I did a quick test with the SA-19, it can still engage cruise missile. I tested a SLAM-ER against it and it intercepted it no problem
