blaster182 Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 Could it be implemented that static objects can support the Huey body if a skid is missing? This could be a tyre like in the picture or low crates etc. In today's state, the aircraft hull sinks into the object and is not supported by it. The collision model may have to be updated. Effect: After landing on a suitable support, taking off again should theoretically be possible. Unlike now when you end up on the side - unless you land on a slope. You can find examples of "mattress landings" of helicopters and Harriers with broken nose gear online. Of course, usually the aircraft would not attempt a new take off. This feature could be extended to all other helos with skids or landing gear and the Harrier. Swift. Posted November 10, 2022 Posted November 10, 2022 I will just say on this front, tyres are currently the best thing to use for marking out FARP spots. If they become tangible, we'll lose the only markers we have. 476th Discord | 476th Website | Swift Youtube Ryzen 5800x, RTX 4070ti, 64GB, Quest 2
