Gloomshadow Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 I'm having difficulty using the Shkval if anyone could please help. I played the weapons system tutorial and went through the steps of using the helmet targeting system holding O and moving the Shkval camera around, locking on to the target, slewing the Shkval around, zooming in the Shkval and re sizing the targeting box. All of it worked fine and I pretty much understood it. However. None of these things which worked in the tutorial work in a mission. I checked all of the keys and they are binded properly. The Shkval zoom doesn't do anything. The Shkval targeting box resizing command does nothing. The Shkval slewing keys do nothing. Why do these things function in the tutorial but not in a mission? Is there an option or button or switch which may be preventing them from functioning like they do in the tutorial? Your help or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I cant figure out how it would work in the tutorial and not in a mission. Tiger27 Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 Do you have your keybindings set to work for all types of missions, I think there is a tick box in the options area, as you can set your keys up for simulation or game and they dont automatically work between game and simulation mode.
