[FIXED] ACP does not provide fuse options for GBU-12

Can’t fuze GBU-12s with the Armament Control Panel after today’s update. The ACP only displays dashes. Hitting the dobber up or down does nothing. The ODU fuzing options work, although the ACP does not display the setting. Haven’t tested with any other munitions.

I saw the same thing last night with GBU-38. Just checked again and it is happening with Mk-82 as well. I think it is a general issue with the ACP.

- Last night I was in the Air, AG mode, Master ARM ON

- Just now I tried it on the ground with and without AG Mode/MA On.

Same behavior in each case.
