No DME Reading with VOR/DME station

Anyone able to get a DME reading using a VOR/DME station?  I've tried 2 maps, Nevada & South Atlantic, the DME shows offline.  I get heading information, no distance.  If I switch to a TACAN station, heading n distance working fine.

There's no DME reading in the F1, just VOR and TACAN.

I think its actually a DCS limitation. VORDME stations are not coded as such. VORTACS work so it shouldn't really be a problem to code VORDME stations.
