Night Flying Aircraft Lights & Cockpit Lights DIm/Off and back on again

I thought I would post this to see if anyone else is experiencing this. My planes lights external and internal (cockpit) light randomly cycle from normal to very dim/off. This has happened so far on the F/A-18 and F-16. We have also had the same problem on a different computer as well.
