VR Center Position in P47

I've started flying the P47 (great aircraft) but the default position in VR seems to be too high (can't see the gun sight, and the seat bottom is way below me).   Is there a fix for this so that when I do a VR/Center it puts me in the right position?

Try this, it should be the clues you need... In essence apparently that's how it's meant to be... From my discussions on the spitfire thread... In practice you can fix it....

There are bindings for translate cockpit camera up down, left right, forward backward...
