there is no difference in the intensity of the warning and caution lighs when the knob is rotated,

We have a fix coming in a future patch 

Please note 

Warning/caution dimming knob has effect only if MODE switch is in NVG or switched from DAY to NITE. Also, some warning/caution lights have only one dim brightness, and others have variable dim brightness which can be adjusted with a knob.
