No, the Steam Shop has no idea about what items you have purchased at ED's Shop. bingbean Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 But he should be able transfer the steam upgrade key to ED stand alone version.

He can't purchase the Steam upgrade to BS3, as he doesn't have BS2 on his Steam account. bingbean Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 On the steam DCS forum, there are many people who complain that they cannot play the campaign they just bought. In the end, it turns out that they do not own the plane for which the campaign is intended. When you are able buy campaign on steam for module you don't own on steam, then i see no reason why you should not be able buy BC3 upgrade even if you dont owen BS2. It will does not work of course on steam version of game , but it should be transferable to stand alone version.
