Good day All

Could you please clarify one question?

Started this campaign from Baltic Dragon. I enjoyed "Enemy within"  very much so it is second one.
Just question how  to finish mission properly.

I flew Mission 1 without an issue.
Met AWACS, SU-25s, said them "sorry", got message from AWACS, met Russians and pushed them away, saw "Mission complete" and "You can divert to Kutaisi (optional)"
Ok. Landed on Kutaisi and exited while I was staying on a strip.
Mission is not market as "passed".
Maybe I landed on the wrong airfield?
Or should I taxi to parking area?
Sorry, did not save track so cannot be 100% sure I landed on the right airfield.

What actually a condition for finishing mission? Just land or park?

Thank you

Afair you're good to exit as soon as you get "mission complete" message but it can be bugged anyway.

Thanks Draconus, I will try tomorrow to exit just after I will get "MISSION COMPLETED".
I tried optional thing "Divert to Kutaisi" just because I wanted to get everything from mission.

Check the debriefing page during the mission. If the results value is over 50 and you're still in one piece the mission should pass.

Hi Odessa!

The campaign should progress as soon as you are cleared to RTB, regardless of whether or not you go home and land. You should be rewarded with a higher score for a successful landing, and some times other factors in more dynamic/complex missions...did you use the F10. radio option to request to divert to Kutaisi? If you don't specifically ask, I believe the logic of the landing trigger is looking for your aircraft at Vaziani. Regardless, however, the campaign should still progress to the next mission.

Let us know if you continue to experience issues!

Thanks FeeFifoFum.
Looks like bug was between the keyboard and chair. I think I clicked "Quit" instead or "End mission" in debriefing.
Now I struggle with Mission #2. Looks like it is very difficult for me.
I can kill one Mig (and couple of Su-24 even) but other Mig always kills me. And damned night + blurry F-15c VSD.
Previously (in Enemy Within) I rely on my wing-man a lot but now he dies even before me.
To be honest I expected campaign would be easier. I read spoiler for Mission 2 and looks like I have to  kill one Mig, increase distance between me and the enemy and wait till second Mig runs away 🙂
I mean I expected I will try some mission 10 times in a row but I expected it would be Mission #7 or #8 but not #2 🙂
It would be good to be able to  choose difficulty level for campaign but it is question to ED I suppose.
But of course it is my problem. Your campaigns are great.
Or maybe you can create let's say "kid's" version of campaign.
I mean in Campaigns screen I will see two "The Georgian War" and "The Georgian War (Easy version for lazy buts)" where all enemies will be rookies in first half and a bit more experienced in the second part. For people who enjoy story more that actual fights and want to relax in the evening. Theoretically you should just change level and hope they will not crash to hills.
Got F-16 and Syria (I hope my PC will manage them) just for your promised F-16 Gamblers 🙂
I am pretty sure I am not alone who is waiting for it.

Enjoy! Tips for mission 2 -

Spoiler

The enemy will fire at you towards the edge of their WEZ. Establish a TWS lock on both MiG-29s and accelerate to mach 1+ before they fire. As soon as they fire, launch two missiles, decelerate below M1, and steer so the enemy sits at the edge of your RADAR display until the "TXX" countdown reaches zero. At this point, you can also order you wingman to engage. Once your missiles have gone active, turn 180 degrees away from the enemy and accelerate away. This should, at a minimum, reset the engagement and allow you to try again as the enemy defends against your active missiles. Ideally, with a good shot at M1+ you should splash one or both of the Fulcrums on the first pass, after which the Fencers are easy pickings.
