Steam account DCS DLC purchases

Hi. I got for present a steam account code gift card. I have NEVER installed any dcs, or its content trough DCS. Using DCS Open-beta standalone version. (latest always). IF I buy DCS DLC (mods maps etc) from Steam, CAN I use them with standalone open-beta, etc standalone DCS version?

You can transfer license from Steam to Standalone.
