This a/c is so sensitive in pitch...how can I dampen it out?

Adjust the curve of your pitch axis in the controls.

I'm using a stick with a 50cm extension mounted on the ground. After some IFR flying, I could not get used to the sensitivity of the axis. Curve is still WIP, 13 is too much, right now I am at about 8. Other trainers like the L-39 can be flown very precisely without curve.
