I know its not called a soi but how do you get the cursor to move between the right and left video feeds or sois..

Move the cursor to the edge of the display then bump it. It's a little finnicky on if there's any vertical movement, so you may need a deadzone to ensure it's purely horizontal motion.

There is also a button for it on the TEDAC and the Collective. In the controls section, look for 'cursor display select'

Right, for the CP/G, you can cursor-bump or use the L/R button on the left handgrip.

Yes, and the pilot and CPG can both also use the cursor display select button on the collective mission grip
